HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

First order went smoothly, products are great and not the issue at all. HOWEVER, the delivery time was later than stated and far later than on the first pair of sunglasses I ordered. The second pair was supposed to be a gift. After well over a week I contacted them asking for a tracking number which I had previously received within a day or two on my first purchase.

It was only AFTER I contacted them did a label even get created. Of course the package was late due to obvious internal error then they lied and said it was within range of delivery time. 100% false and i stated exactly such. So if you need what you're buying for a present, beware. And with their smug and wrong responses I'll never buy from them again. Plenty of other places to buy their products from. I actually recommended them prior to this experience. Never again!
