Thank you for choosing us for your holiday shopping! To make your experience even better, we're excited to introduce our Extended Holiday Returns policy. In addition to our standard 14-day money-back guarantee.




 All of us at TheLuxurydirect.com want you to love your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for a refund following our return policy.

Please review our return policy carefully to ensure your return is in compliance prior to returning your items.

  • Items must be returned new, unworn, undamaged and unused with the security tag and original tickets attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and must be returned to us within 5 days of creating the return shipping label. Returns that do not meet any part of our policy may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

You must request a Return Authorization before sending the return. Any returns that are sent back without a Ra will not be accepted.

Custom lenses can not be returned: Custom work on any product is non-returnable and non-refundable and Orders can not be cancelled.


 Clearance sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, clearance sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Theluxurydirect@aol.com  .

If your order meets the eligibility criteria, Our Exchange Center will issue you a printable Exchange label.

If your order meets the return eligibility criteria, the Returns Center will issue you a printable return label.

Make sure to include your packing slip and specify the reason for the return to ensure a smooth process.

Once the returned merchandise has been received by us and confirmed it is in compliance with our return policy, we will refund to your original payment method  . All returns will have the initial cost of shipping from Theluxurydirect.com To the Customer deducted from the return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are any signs of wear or missing parts.


Return Fee Policy for initial shipping costs

Any return postmarked between 14 and 30 days from the date you received your package is only eligible for a store credit.
