All of us at TheLuxurydirect.com want you to love your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for a refund following our return policy.
Please review our return policy carefully to ensure your return is in compliance prior to returning your items.
- Items must be returned new, unworn, undamaged and unused with the security tag and original tickets attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and must be returned to us within 5 days of creating the return shipping label. Returns that do not meet any part of our policy may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
You must request a Return Authorization before sending the return. Any returns that are sent back without a Ra will not be accepted.
Custom lenses can not be returned.
Custom lenses are non returnable and non refundable.
Any Custom work done on any Product can not be returned.They are

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Theluxurydirect@aol.com .
If your order meets the eligibility criteria, Our Exchange Center will issue you a printable Exchange label.

If your order meets the return eligibility criteria, the Returns Center will issue you a printable return label.
Make sure to include your packing slip along with the return reason specified to ensure a smooth return process.
Once the return merchandise has been received by us and confirmed it is in compliance with our return policy, we will refund to your original payment method, less any original shipping charges if applicable (Express and Overnight).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:
- Any signs of wear.
- Parts of the item are missing.
