Extended Holiday Returns In addition to our standard 7-day money back guarantee, all orders placed between November 25th and December 24th, will be eligible for an extended "exchange" period until January 15th, 2025.
All holiday exchange requests must comply with our return policy instructions. In order to process an exchange, make a request by contacting our customer service at 832-349-1450. Items must be physically received in our warehouse no later than January 20th jan , 2025. Items that are received after the exchange deadline will not be accepted. The item that is being exchanged for must be of equal or greater value than the item that is being returned.
Returns
All of us at TheLuxurydirect.com want you to love your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for a refund following our return policy.
Please review our return policy carefully to ensure your return is in compliance prior to returning your items.
- Items must be returned new, unworn, undamaged and unused with the security tag and original tickets attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and must be returned to us within 5 days of creating the return shipping label. Returns that do not meet any part of our policy may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
You must request a Return Authorization before sending the return. Any returns that are sent back without a Ra will not be accepted.
Custom lenses can not be returned: Custom work on any product is non-returnable and non-refundable and Orders can not be cancelled.
Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, clearance sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Theluxurydirect@aol.com .

Make sure to include your packing slip and specify the reason for the return to ensure a smooth process.
Once the returned merchandise has been received by us and confirmed it is in compliance with our return policy, we will refund to your original payment method . All returns will have the initial cost of shipping from Theluxurydirect.com To the Customer deducted from the return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your end, as this may vary depending on your card or bank institution.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are any signs of wear or missing parts.

Any return postmarked between 14 and 30 days from the date you received your package is only eligible for a store credit.
