Return & Refund Policy

 

Returns & Exchanges

At TheLuxuryDirect.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we’re happy to accept returns in accordance with the policy below.


🛍️ Return Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unworn, undamaged, and unused, with the original security tag and all original tickets attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within 5 days of receiving your return label.

  • Returns missing tags, or not meeting the policy, may be refused and returned to the sender.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom lenses or custom work on any product are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Orders with customizations cannot be canceled once placed.


🔁 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at TheLuxuryDirect@aol.com. If eligible, our Exchange Center will issue you a printable exchange label.


📦 Return Process (U.S. Orders Only)

  1. Email us at TheLuxuryDirect@aol.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a printable return label.

  3. Include your packing slip and note the reason for return in the package.

Returns sent without a valid RA will not be accepted.


💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Please allow extra time for the credit to reflect based on your bank or credit card issuer.


📬 Return to Sender / Refused Deliveries

  • Packages refused or returned without prior notice will incur a 25% restocking fee.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


🔁 Store Credit Window

  • Returns postmarked between 14–30 days after delivery are eligible for store credit only, subject to the same condition requirements above.


🚚 Return Shipping Recommendations

If you are returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of Purchase,   provided the item  has not  yet  shipped.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  • Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
