Shipping Policy

We ship WORLDWIDE. Our shipping carriers are DHL,USPS,UPS.

Orders are processed in 2-7 days. Delivery days can be from 4-15 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

 We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 Special orders and Custom orderorders are processed within 7-14 business days. 

  For expedited and international orders :When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on all US domestic orders.

 

Buyer obligations: Customs fees and duties.

Buyers are accountable for customs fees and duties on internationally shipped items as per local laws and regulations. These fees are payable upon delivery in accordance with prevailing local laws and regulations.

 

📦 Shipping & Undeliverable Packages Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make address changes.

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping method, and carrier performance.


2. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address,

  • The recipient not being available,

  • Refusal of delivery, or

  • Failure to pick up from the carrier’s facility within the hold period,

the following policy applies:

🔹 Option 1 – Reshipment

We can reship the order once it is returned, but:

  • The customer is responsible for paying the new shipping cost, and

  • In some cases, a restocking or handling fee (typically 10–15%) may apply.

🔹 Option 2 – Refund

If the customer prefers a refund instead of reshipment:

  • We will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost  (even if it was a “free shipping” promotion).Refund will be made oens the pakage has been redelivered back to us.

  • Returned items must arrive in original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Any shipping fees or carrier surcharges incurred from the return may be deducted from the refund.


3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows the item as delivered, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the carrier.
However, we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


4. Refused Deliveries

Refused packages will be treated as undeliverable and handled according to the policy above.
Repeated delivery refusals may lead to order cancellation and account review.
