I must admit, I was a bit skeptical about getting a luxury watch for 25% off of the list price of $975. And looking online it seemed this company had mixed reviews, and an odd return policy. Their headquarters is a P.O box, which seemed sketchy. However, I took a risk and it paid off. I received the watch I wanted - an authentic Hamilton Ventura for ~$750, with the stainless steel band. But I made sure to pay the extra $ to get priority next day shipping, as the distribution center near this company in TX has been known to lose packages. Lo and behold, it came about 4 days later. It looks great, keeps amazing time, and has cool engravings and the flex wristband. That meant for sizing I didn’t have to go to my jeweler! I would gladly order from Luxury Direct again, as they did ship an authentic product for way cheaper than anywhere else. You just are taking a risk on the shipping being through USPS, and their customer service trying not to fulfill refunds/returns (based on my research). But the risk paid off for me and I am happy!
